Varsity Lady Vikings drop 3 sets to West Holt.





Wausa Viking's, Abe W. won his Super Smash match, 2 to1. Hayden will play tonight while the rest of the team continues practicing.

Geoscience class examined nodes from soybeans to understand symbiotic relationships between soybeans and bacteria.

Second grade is kicking off their unit on place value and started with a race to 100 game!!! Lots of fun watching students exchange ones for tens and tens for hundreds.







🚒🔥 It’s Fire Safety Awareness Week! 🔥🚒
A huge thank-you to the Wausa Volunteer Firefighters and EMS Squad for visiting our Preschool through 4th grade students! They shared important lessons about fire safety, let students explore the fire trucks and ambulance, and even took our 4-year-old preschoolers on a fire safety scavenger hunt!

The construction class crew finished building sawhorses today.


The JHVB "B" team dropped two sets to Hartington Newcastle today, 15-21, 16-22. The "A" team also fell short in two sets, 17-25, 13-25. The JHVB will compete again on Thursday in Randolph...Go Big Vikes!
Wausa Viking Vocalists are ready to make some beautiful music at Northeast Hawkfest Honor Choir!



Congratulations to the JHVB team on their 2nd place finish in the Wausa Tournament! 🥈

And that's the game!!! Your Vikings are now 6-0 on the season! Way to go!!! Final score 50-24!!! SKOLLLL!!

Starting the fourth quarter the Vikings are making a statement! They are leading the Wildcats 42-18! SKOLLLLL!!!







Lady Vikes fall 1-3 to a hard hitting Niobrara/Verdigre team! GBV




The Vikings JV team defeated the NV Cougars in 2 sets and the C team also took a win in their set. #GBV




It's a hot one out at the Creighton Golf course, but that didn't keep the Wausa/Bloomfield cross country runners from stealing the show!! Boys varsity took 1st, 2nd and 4th and the Girls took 1st and 2nd! And the JH took home all kinds of hardware! Way to go XC!!

In addition to the mailings, Mr. Hoesing included a YouTube video that explains the information to be presented at the 2 public meetings that are scheduled.
The Public Informational Meetings are scheduled at the following dates and times:
Tuesday, October 8th – 8:00 PM
Tuesday, October 15th – 8:00 PM
Both will be at the Wausa School Gymnasium.

Lady Vikes pick up the 3-1 win over Hartington/Newcastle and Pink Out night raised a bunch of money for a Viking Alum battling breast cancer! It was a great night all around. Thanks to our friends from H/N for helping support the cause!
