If you read and earn enough AR points or meet your reading goals by May 1, 2026, (NO EXCEPTIONS), the Knox County Fair Board the Community State Bank, Brunswick Bank, Hwy 59 Ag, and Clausen Concrete will give you a wristband to wear at the 2026 Knox County Fair and ride the carnival rides for FREE!

The Lady Vikings volleyball team has put together some amazing baskets that will be available to bid on during the home game on Tuesday the 30th. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Show your support by wearing 🎀PINK🎀 and placing a bid on a basket! All proceeds from the silent auction will be presented to a Wausa alum who is currently battling breast cancer.

Lady Vikings JHVB competed in a triangular on Monday in Bloomfield. "A" team defeated Bloomfield in 2 sets: 25-16, 25-14. "B" team also secured a one win set:15-8. In second match the Viking "A" team went three sets with Creighton, securing a Viking win: 17-25, 25-20, 15-13. Congratulations Lady Vikes!

Congratulations Wausa Viking Vocalists! The following students auditioned for and were chosen to participate in the Northeast Community College Hawkfest Honor Choir. Way to go Ainsley, Noel, Braydon, Alijah, Brady, Vayden and Rogan! They will perform on Monday, Oct 6th at 5:30 pm at the Lifelong Learning Center! Way to go Vikes!

Wausa Lady Vikes fought hard right down to the wire! Almost took the 4th set and the game to the fifth set but just fell with a score of 23-25 to TCNE. Way to fight! And way to show up Viking Ship!
